This Widget lists the sub-categories for a given category.

This release implements an enhancement request to allow the highlighting of the current category in the widget when displaying that category.

New Widget for Sub Categories

My new Sub Categories widget is now available from the WordPress plugin directory. Yes there are others widgets that list sub categories but none that had the features I wanted – so I wrote a new one.
